1996 Tiara Yachts 4000 Express

The Tiara 40 Express was Tiara's first mid cabin design. The boat boasts a 14'6" beam with huge accommodations for a 40-foot Yacht. The salon has an enormous 11-foot-long dinette which converts to a large berth. With the stools installed she can seat 6-8 at the dining table. The galley is nicely equipped with two refrigerators, cooktop, large sink and microwave. Forward is the master stateroom with island berth and ensuite head. The mid cabin has a queen berth with a head and sink in the stateroom. Above, the helm is nicely equipped with full electronics, bow thruster control, and seating for 4. The lower cockpit has facing bench seating with tables that come up from the floor allowing seating and dining for 6. The built-in platform is large enough to accommodate a tender and still allow the trunk to open. This boat has always been in fresh water and has spent her life cruising the great lakes. Recent upgrades include new starting batteries and windlass motor in 2021. New house batteries, battery charger system, high output alternators, all new barrier coat and bottom paint, new dripless shaft logs and reconditioned props in 2022 and in 2023 new voltage regulator on the generator and complete fluid changes.
